Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Welcome to Dementia Journey (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any digital products, including educational video guides, templates, or downloadable resources (collectively, “Products”), you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read these Terms carefully before completing any purchase.
1. Personal-Use License
All Dementia Journey Products are licensed for individual, personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of our Products or materials without prior written permission.
2. Payments and Delivery
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe. Dementia Journey does not directly handle or store any credit card or banking information. Upon successful payment, customers will receive an automated confirmation email containing access instructions for purchased content.
3. Digital Product Policy and Refunds
Because our Products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once access has been granted. If you experience a technical problem preventing access, please contact us at info@dementiajourney.io within seven (7) days of purchase for assistance.
Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical error.
4. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms. All chargebacks are reviewed and will include evidence of consent, delivery, and access.
5. No Warranties
All Products and materials are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Dementia Journey makes no guarantees as to specific results or outcomes from use of its educational materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dementia Journey, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Products or website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
